A Cluster-based Approach for Finding Domain wise Experts in Community Question Answering System

Abstract Community Question Answering (CQA) systems is an emerging web-based information service. CQA enables web users to get precise answers questions from experts of the specific domain.CQA used in wide areas such as biomedicine, technology, tourism, etc. This paper focused on finding community question answering system using unsupervised machine learning technique. Our Proposed consists three phases namely i) Clustering tags ii) Determining Experts for unanswered iii) Finding given Question. By doing tag analysis process, identified similar a particular domain, and formed cluster. analysis, we found each domain experts. For question, suggest expert by pattern matching The results section proves that our predicts with good accuracy.
